Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within the timeframe below.

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labels. To qualify for a return:

Return Request: Must be initiated within 6 days from the delivery date.
Return Shipping: Items should be shipped back within 6 days of return authorization.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Beauty products
Bodysuits
Face masks
Intimates/Lingerie
Jewelry
Swimwear
Open Pack Wholesale Orders

Return Process

Initiate Return: Log in to your account and navigate to Orders. Select the order you wish to return and click the "Return" button. Follow the prompts to complete the return request.
Return Authorization (RA) Number: Upon approval, you'll receive an RA number and return instructions via email.
Return Shipping: Ship the item(s) back within 6 days to the provided address using the return shipping label supplied by the vendor. Ensure the RA number is included with the return package.
Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item(s), please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Return Shipping Costs Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Returns not meeting the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.
